Happy Graduation Dolores Cannon!

Happy Graduation Dolores Cannon
Hello Lovely Light Family.  As always, I am sharing this blog post a bit out of step... and seriously bending time.

Why am I so late in paying tribute to Dolores Cannon, on my blog? Well, I guess I've been harboring some denial. Some deep aspect of me was likely waiting for her to resurface and say, "Sure had you fooled!"  Apparently this is happening through her infinite presence in sessions and lives of her Practitioners, Volunteers, Family and Friends!... quite immediately after her passing. You can google to read these stories.  I'm keeping my feet on the ground today, and sharing the post I shared on my facebook fan page: www.facebook.com/TrailblazingTransformation back on October 24, 2014.

Actually I will share one short sweet Dolores Encounter I had.  I had gifted myself this very beautiful Josh Groban CD, upon which this Earth Angel of ours sings this heavenly song, "To Where You Are," that seems to bridge heaven on earth, in a way that implies following a dear loved one's passing.

Josh Groban's Self Titled CD

I was so moved by the song, I sought out another copy of this glorious CD and sent it to Julia, Dolores Cannon's Daughter. Somewhere mixed in with all of this, I was driving through Northern New Mexico thinking of Dolores. I popped the CD in the player, in my car, and as I listened to "To Where You Are," and thought of and felt Dolores, I must have thought something out to her, and sent a burst of love and gratitude out to her.

Well driving down the road, I saw this very bright very large golden meteorite, comet, or shooting star. It's timing was immediate, playful, loving, and impeccable.  It was Dolores, riding along with me, and bursting through the Cosmos.  I cried some tears of joy, and celebrated the magic and absence of distance between Dolores, love, me and you!

Here is the song:

It has been just short of a week since I learned the sad... triumphant news that our Beloved Teacher, Wayshower, Pioneer, Publishing Trailblazer, and Teacher of the New Quantum Healing Hypnosis toolkits of the New Earth, Author and Keeper and Sharer of Lost Knowledge, Mind Bender Dolores Cannon graduated from the Earth School Class of 2014. I broke down and cried like a baby at the news. Dolores was and is, after all a sort of Spiritual God(dess)-Mother to a giant family of Trailblazers, Light Stewards, and Volunteers, as she made famous in her free youtube lectures, Coast to Coast interviews, her 17 books including "The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth," as well of course as her main contributions of pioneering through her Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, STarseed Regression and creation and training in her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy.

I was one of the daring guided ones who was blessed to have had high curiosity and knowing about my origins from the stars. I moved to Santa Fe NM, 15 years ago, met a Crystal Artist Lynda Star Thompson and joined her Alien/ Starseed Movie Night, at ANGEL Station 222, before it was official. I met Patrick Singleton, my open minded teacher at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America, and discovered he was reading The Convoluted Universe Series By Dolores Cannon.

Somewhere in all of this, we must have watched Dolores' mind blowing lectures from UFO Conferences, and I kept seeing this book with a big eyed alien on it, at Lynda Star's. One day I got on Amazon.com and ordered a huge bunch of Dolores Cannon books, both for me, and as cosmic gifts for Lynda, our Star Hostess. We got to reading the Convoluted Universe Series, and when I facilitated past life regressions, my Star Family Sisters and Brothers shot off planet, to the most empowering, uplifting, obviously real, larger life expressions. That was all the invitation I needed. I took money that I had borrowed to repair my house and replace my roof, and flew off to Asheville, NC to train with Dolores Cannon and her Daughter Julia Cannon.

My life, and the lives around me have never really been the same since. I have seen Dolores lecture on the truths she has uncovered about the Three Waves of Volunteers, and how we came to assist in the birthing of the New Earth, as people break down and cry, realizing for the first time in 50 to 60 years, that they are not alone, not crazy, and that there are thousands, if not millions of brothers and sisters on the planet struggling with the same sensitivities, challenges, and desires to rush back home.

I heard Dolores explain, on her Coast to Coast interview with George Noory, why the first and second wave volunteers felt suicidal, as we exposed our pure hearts to the lower emotions of the humans in our families, churches, schools, and jobs, being showered with jealousy, rage, blind rage, fear, depression, and mental illness of a level that many of us did not bring in. She explained how discovering our purpose could help shift a Volunteer from suicidal, helpless, and hopeless to joyful, thriving, and divine!

Dolores was the most interesting mix to me, of about as regular, down home, someone's granny, as they come, and at the same time she knew more of the secrets to the Multiverse than really anyone I have ever encountered. She was so human, and so divine, so willful, and so wise, and so direct and funny. She knew that we are designed to live thousands of years, and to live in perfect health and harmony. Her daughter taught us to ask, "Just because the news says it is happening, is it happening to me now?"

My friend Sherwin S. Tarnoff told me, last weekend, after Dolores' passing, "you know we only get about 4 seconds to make a life out of, on this Earth." Dolores uplifted more people in her 4 seconds than anyone else I know and love, or have even heard of. I am so grateful I allowed my Self to listen to, hear, register, and follow the beautiful, purposeful guidance that led me to Dolores Cannon, and to train, in her Beginning and Advanced levels of DCQHH. No other training I have ever taken has fulfilled so many including me, through my gift to facilitate it.

Now some of my fellow DCQHH - Dolores Cannon Quantum Healing Hypnosis Professionals have already been having glorious experiences, seeing Dolores in an eternally youthful state, hearing guidance and insights from the limitless realms and more. This is both amazing and quite ordinary, as Dolores is and was.

So a lot of words to say I am so filled with gratitude, appreciation, love, admiration, and inspiration for Dolores Cannon and her Daughter Julia Cannon, and our larger family, who may or may not yet know who they/we are.

Splendid sailing Dolores, as you ride the leading waves into the most exciting and beautiful adventures. We love you as you are, were, and continue to be. Thank you for the giant wake up call to remember we are God, and how our purpose can be known and lived, and our lives joyful and profound as we uncover of our SOURCE Self!

Happy trails Dolores! See, hear and feel you out beyond the limits... as much as our little Earth Brains allow! And forever thanks for making your 4 seconds count and last, and transform humanity, Gaia and all of life in this and all Universes! We love you infinitely, and I forever treasure your gifts bestowed, and precious time shared with you. Big Cosmic Hugs of Love to you!

And ever dear love and divine timing and healing to Julia Cannon, and all the family of Dolores, of Ozark Mountain Publishing, and the Light Seed Family that love Dolores and Julia! We are holding you near and dear! We are Grateful!

Please mark your calendar and join me in the presentation of a life celebration, tribute and overview of the work of Dolores Cannon, Saturday May 23, 2015, at the New Mexico UFO/Paranormal Meeting in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  The meeting is set to begin at 12:00 noon and to run through 2:50, followed by a giant late lunch at the near by Applebee's.

Dolores Cannon: A Brilliant Light Shines On

Veteran investigator and researcher of lost civilizations, hidden knowledge, extraterrestrials, other dimensions, the life of Jesus, as well as the origins of creation itself; all this and more can be said of our beloved Dolores. If any one word could describe Dolores, it would be curious!

Dolores was a devoted wife to her late husband Johnny Cannon, a career Navy officer, and a loving mother to their four children Gloria, Julia, Nancy and Tommy. She wrote 17 books, with 2 yet to be published. Dolores lectured around the world and taught her unique method of hypnosis called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT) to eager students on every continent and now online. Her legacy as a pioneer of past life regression and as a truth seeker is assured.

When Dolores first stumbled upon the reality of reincarnation with her husband Johnny in 1968, she had no way of knowing their astounding discoveries were only the beginning of what would become a lifelong cause and career. To those who know Dolores's work and joined in her journey, it may seem as if this all easily fell into place for her. What many may not know is Dolores was tested many times.

Just after she and Johnny completed their first experiments in past life regression while stationed at a military base in Texas, he was involved in a horrific automobile accident, nearly losing his life more than once. Johnny became permanently disabled. But Dolores kept the faith, all the while enduring the judgment of some around them for delving into sacrilegious subjects, better left unexplored.

Johnny retired from the Navy and the family relocated to Arkansas. Years later, after their children were grown, Dolores picked up her paranormal investigations where she and Johnny had left off. Johnny had become depressed by his disability and now wanted no part of it. But he later came to realize the tremendous contribution she would make.

Ever courageous and tenacious, Dolores decided to go it alone. But in the religious atmosphere of her rural community, support was hard to find. That didn't stop Dolores from seeking out like-minded souls, who she was guided to find, and remained lifelong friends with. A small support group formed for locals interested in metaphysics, where information was exchanged and stories were shared.

It was here that Dolores found her first subjects and began her fascinating journey of exploration. Working with subjects or vehicles as they were also called, who were young and old and came from different backgrounds and had all sorts of religious beliefs, Dolores soon realized that she had to expect the unexpected. Any subject could be transported anywhere during a session. But the subjects themselves were unpredictable and not always available. Such was the case with a vehicle named Elena.

After Dolores astonishingly began communicating with Nostradamus himself through one of his students, a former incarnation of Elena, she decided to pack up and move to be with her husband who had work in the oil fields of Alaska. Undaunted, Dolores sought out new subjects to continue the collaboration, and eventually found enough vehicles to help her complete the task of translating all of his prophesies.

Trying to find a publisher for her books dealing with reincarnation, Nostradamus, extraterrestrial contact, among other radical concepts, during a time when metaphysics was ridiculed, was an enormously difficult undertaking. Dolores's initial efforts to get published were met with rejection, but against all the odds, she never gave up.

Eventually, by harnessing her entrepreneurial drive, Dolores founded Ozark Mountain Publishing, which today is an expanding outlet for all types of metaphysical books written by a diverse, handpicked group of talented authors. This eventually led to the creation of the Ozark Mountain Transformation Conference as a venue for the authors to promote their books. When the highly respected Ufologist Lucius Parish passed away a few years ago, Dolores took the reigns of the Ozark Mountain UFO Conference to ensure that it continues to be the premiere gathering place for UFO experts in the U.S., as it has been for nearly 30 years.

All of these incredible accomplishments should be celebrated when remembering Dolores, but most impressive of all was her innate understanding that the most important thing she could do was to find and share information. To reveal hidden or undiscovered knowledge vital to the enlightenment of humanity and our lessons here on Earth. Sharing information and knowledge is what mattered to Dolores. That is why her books, lectures and classes continue to amaze, guide and inform so many people around the world.

Imagine what it was like to be in the room with her subjects, everyday people from all walks of life, who regressed by Dolores were living their lives in the now - during a past life on Earth in 1923 or 300,000 years ago - and every time in between. Perhaps her subjects had incarnated on an alien world, or had never even inhabited a physical body before. We can imagine what it was like because Dolores's pure intent of knowing encouraged her subjects and readers alike to use their imaginations.

Dolores explored all these possibilities and more while taking us along for the ride of our lives. She wanted fellow travelers to share her journeys into the unknown. Ever the intrepid investigator, Dolores explained the unorthodox approaches that were necessary to her work.

Through trial and error and the most difficult yet oftentimes magical situations, we can imagine sitting next to Dolores in her chair as her subjects travel to any possible place in any possible universe, dimension or point in time. As each astonishing and wondrous experience unfolded, Dolores recorded and commented on it, asking us to observe, marvel and theorize along with her.

Dolores never claimed to have all the answers. What she did claim and completely embrace was her insatiable curiosity. To discover anything she could about every enticing possibility.

Dolores paved the way for many souls who continue to follow the trail she blazed with determination and grace. Hers was the noblest cause: to find truth in whomever and wherever it might be. She sought out knowledge for the good of all. And she sought it in a way that is inspiring to us all.

By overcoming all the obstacles she had to face, to lead us on so many exciting and unexpected journeys, perhaps the most valuable lesson we can take away from all that she gave us is to never give up, no matter how hard the road.

Imagine if Dolores had given up when faced with adversity. The world would be a darker place than it is today.

When remembering Dolores and all she shared with the world, remember to pursue your dreams with all your heart, and to share them with all your love.

Clarity Opens Doors Where We're Already Free

Ralph Smart: Can Psychedelics Take You to Heaven?

Today I had an experience within my practice, of wanting to give a client the world of all the juicy guidance, healing, clarity of purpose, confirmation, and more... in one all encompassing session.

We covered a lot of ground, secured radi
cal changes, shined light in important areas, and recycled some highly debilitating root beliefs, in trade for a beautiful bouquet of empowering downloads.

The ThetaHealing was very powerful, and I perceived and felt it as life changing.

Yet the Dolores Quantum Healing Hypnosis did not come easily. This can be highly frustrating for the explorer.

Sometimes even I have sabotaged receiving a session, with a super tall order, when I am under heightened pressures.

Throughout my life, the drive to secure guidance from the Source of my Being, has been a primary motivation. When I am unable to assist in garnering this for a client, It is hard on me as well as all the frustrations the client has to face.

I am reminded that one of my core life lessons is "baby steps."

One theme that came up today, for me, is my question, observation, and awareness that I see two major self sabotaging patterns in my history, friends, and at times clients. One is a vicious circle of emotions locking one in a raging, small prison. The other is compounded by a relationship with marijuana use, and the spirits this attracts.

A handful of times I have watched people who live like a rolling stone, all evacuees of their hometowns, states, and sometimes countries, creating a life of circling, running from pain, running to pot, drugs, to new horizons, new geography, harboring anger, and falling into isolation, and inevitably danger, crisis, loss, physical challenges, and more.

Sometimes I can succeed in inducing beneficial trance states, and assisting to bring change. Sometimes the pressure is too high, to access resources, when individual baby steps are still called for.

Sometimes I need to use the Brian Weiss Past Life Regression, that is more long, drawn out, and well, down to Earth.

Sometimes people are angry, tired, and want to be saved, freed, and or guided completely and fully, yet other aspects are not ready for this level of exposure and accountability, all at once.

I still feel more enriched than not, and always have something to learn from holding this sacred space.

It reminds me that I am not a healer in my own mind's eye, so much as a facilitator. Before this I am a human being who originally struggled against my own challenges, handicaps, and pains, enough to learn tools to help me find my way back home to my true self, in tiny increments.

I used to think one day I would graduate beyond failures, my own, and those shared with clients.

Dolores reminds, "Even Jesus could not help everyone."

What do I think about marijuana, herbal medicines, drug addiction and other forms of addiction? I bless my early experiences in life, when nature and love enhanced my bliss. I bless my youthful escapades seeking love in the quick fix of spontaneous decisions. I bless my days of dancing at Grateful Dead shows, high as a kite, and loving every moment of it. I bless my experiences getting to learn the shadow side of drugs. I bless the freedoms and doors opened in tandem with pot and alcohol, before I learned to open those doors with my own Being!

I bless the healthy loved ones in my family and life, who modeled balanced, whole, loving living, to a degree that I found my way naturally. I bless teachers and artists who proclaimed and guided the way to self discovery, to infinite inner resources of who you and I truly are. I bless that when I now associate with people who enjoy ingesting and smoking pot, they over all sense not to invite or include me in the need to numb my brain, fog my consciousness, or feel called to reach for an external substance to fill, alter or numb my self.

I admire and envy some of their looseness, freedoms, their Earth connection, and creative outpouring. I do not envy the roller coaster of living and chaos, the jones-ing for something outside, or the imbalance of life, health, attention, or rest.

I still love food, and Midwestern fare. I read labels and eat as healthy as I can. I may abuse a bag of GMO free, organic corn chips and green chile salsa, instead of pulling a night of bong hits, these days. That's OK by me. I 'm still human, and still learning.

I do not judge the choices of others for them. I do note patterns.

When I was spinning out, smoking pot, and isolating myself from the mainstream masses, in my first year at a big ten, midwest college... I got pretty lost in, friends dropped away pretty quickly. There were kids progressing with school and life, and me, falling into my awkward, rebellious, lost downward spiral. It served me for a while, to avoid the downward spiral of conventional life. Yet it was not sustaining, uplifting, balanced, whole, healthy, or valuing, as an ongoing lifestyle choice for me. I could not focus in real ways on therapists, school, responsibilities, friends, family, life or my future, let alone my present.

I was good at daydreaming, sleep deprivation, dangerous living, and blowing smoke rings and spirals into the sky!

I have come to associate the pot smoking lifestyle with pain, suppressed rage, numbing out, self enslavement, brain fog, victimhood, mania, narcissism, abuse, woundology bonding, feeling lost, hopeless, helpless, imprisoned, stuck, deadened, habitualized, and eventually spiraling downhill, and away from one's full potential, wholeness, vitality, clarity, nature, and direction. I associate it with escapism, and with running away. I associate it with expecting to be saved, the reggae chip on the shoulder, the down Babylon projections and blame, and a level of chaos that no longer appeals to me. You could say I've outgrown my youthful love affair with pot. I have.

A few exceptions come to mind, yet for every exception I can also think of friends who have experienced train wrecks of lives, at one time or another befriending and accepting pot as their lover.

I would maybe enjoy it in a sacred context, in nature, with a really soulful, trustworthy friend whom I admire. Yet the more I live, the less appeal it has. I moved away from the desire, need and craving, as I moved into my full being. I value clarity, accountability, connection in my community, direct creativity, and empowerment from inside... much more now.

Well that's a really long tale to share why I love this video by Ralph Smart: "Can Psychedelics Take You to Heaven?" I am really relieved that my generation was so opened to psychedelics. They opened me and prepared me for the world I live in now, where we tap into the resources of who we are more directly.

I am grateful I was not a casualty of rage, mental illness, drug abuse or alcohol addiction. I slid down all of those slides with my friends, and solo, early on. I am grateful it led back out... and back into who I truly am!

Thank you. I know this is a charged subject. My strong views mainly reflect on me. I welcome you to find empowerment in a bounty of ways that may welcome and celebrate the substance relishing path. Who knows what is true for whom? I relish it all.

P.S. We are Heaven!

Abstract Art, Life Beyond Understanding and the Art of Healthy Boundary Renewal

Abstract Painting by Julie Schumer

Enjoy this abstract painting by Santa Fe Artist, Julie Schumer. Today simply looking at this and some other paintings on Julie's Facebook page, ignited me into deep contemplation, after a conversation with a family member, that brought some old and current uncomfortable feelings to the surface, in me. This inspired me to explore some thoughts of mine on setting boundaries and maintaining health in the face of old, less than solid enhancing relational energies.

Abstract painting for me has long been a sanity valve, and a harmonious salve. Opening such a creative process allows the freedom of the soul to dance, shine, and expand. As a highly empathic early indigo, and sensitive, abstract painting, mine and others' creates a beautiful escape from the limits of my human mind, ego and the pressures of humans, who forget who we are and potentially become energy sucks, sometimes me and sometimes others. Like going to the lakeside, soaking in the ocean, walking in the woods, or on the Mesa, abstract art takes me away & brings the sweet relief of not knowing, or having to understand anything.

I just attempted to set a boundary with one such person & family member. I suggested we share one light hearted phone call, alternating, and one where we dump our problems on each other, randomly. This brought out hurt feelings from the inner child of the other.

The Unhealthy Jewish Family Tradition, is to enmesh with one's children, (partner, family and friends) and shit one's constant pain into their off-springs cage, so to speak.

I will find a healthy way of setting a boundary that says, "It isn't good for me to share all these levels of your intensity and pain, on a weekly basis." I can do two freely shitting upon each other conversations per month, and two or more light hearted, vacation like, playful communications. Four pain and woe, enmeshing, woundology dumping/bonding sessions is beyond my capacity, interest, and ability right now. I will find a diplomatic way to state, maintain and enliven this boundary.

In too much of my Mom's family of origin, filling yourself and your loved ones up with pain meant they loved you. Direct expressions of love were a luxury reserved for other people and families, not facing Russian Pogroms & Hitler's Nazis.

I am of the generation that lives in relative safety. I am able to express love as love, directly. I am truly grateful. Learning to navigate these realities is a gift and a challenge I came here to face, traverse, and triumph through. I came to expand beyond the limits of all of these factors, and in doing so, I am better situated to help others through similar relational war zones, within, with family, friends, and co-workers. We are not slaves in this modern incarnation... Not anymore. It is up to us to re-educate ourselves and those around us, of how to treat ourselves and others with dignity and respect!

I am grateful to have found ThetaHealing, which helps me to more easily maneuver and secure the changes I desire in my life, from the inside first and foremost, and then throughout my full life expression.

In the movie, "Thanks for Sharing," there is a great line by the adult Jewish Doctor Son character, where he confronts his Jewish New Yorker Mother and explains, "I'm not your husband, I'm not your lover, I'm no longer your baby, and I can't be your therapist. I'm your grown son, and how we relate needs to change!"

In my work facilitating healing, awakening and change, as well as within all the wisdom my Dad has ever taught me, is the key truth, we cannot change others, we cannot save others, we cannot take away the pain from those we love. Yet a key premise in avoiding and healing old codependent traps, is honoring one's true feelings. And when it feels sucky, crumby, crappy, draining, deadening, hopeless and helpless, it's OK, and healthy to stop, excuse one's self, and to opt out of playing games that don't feel fun, in order to recharge, honor self care, heal replenish, set healthy role models within & about one's self, and with others.

The only one I can truly change is myself. I can do this when I feel what's real, speak my truth even when it is not comfortable, and make changes to grow strong, bright, brilliant and even more loving.

When love feels predatory, needy, unclear, confused, or unclean, maybe it is.

Sometimes loving yourself first, allows more loving relations, after renewed healthy boundaries are acknowledged, mapped out, maintained and upheld!

Check it on the inside, see "how does this feel?" Write your life for joy, love and kindness first, then you can more easily branch out and share this.

The pain of generations that came before us, is not our gift and legacy. Contrary to popular belief, it is not love.

Our ability to transform and source ourselves from love, through the pain that comes and goes while living this human experience... That's where it's at. That's what I am here to learn more about, and share more freely.

I am not here to deny, negate or condemn pain, mine yours, or my family members'. I am not here to make it my identity or false solace either.

These rights of passage, this stepping up to secure healthy love and changes, these are our sacred initiations. May I find the strength, power, love, support, and trust to allow these initiations to better me, and carry me forward. May I trust in the strength of who I truly am, and what I can make possible and real. May I trust in the wholeness and holiness of who we all are.

May you find all that you are, all that you love, and all that you are seeking. May you trust your grand initiations, as you open to the deeper gifts of who you are.

May we all recognize how truly blessed we are, right here and now!

May you take heart in whatever brings you comfort and grace, like art, dance, music, nature, community and soul bring me. May you find refuge in the beauty of who you... and of who we truly are!

Thank you everyone... Thank you my Family... Thank you Julie Schumer for painting your beautiful paintings, that bring grace, love, comfort, and healing beyond my mind's ordinary understanding!

I love you all! Thanks for starring in our crazy earth school play, together.

Al, Alberto Jose Alvarez, Mystique Wizzard

Hello Friends: It was around this time last year when I met Al, Alberto Jose Alvarez, Mystique Wizzard, the Beloved Brother of Niurka Álvarez of Venezuela. We felt such a unique bond, love, and admiration, we decided we were engaged, and I told the world so, after our first meeting throughIn5d Esoteric Metaphysical and Spiritual Database, and a video conference call. We shared inspiration, love and friendship from a far. A few months later I decided I was too unrealistic as I was, and to let my engagement go, to focus on my more realistic endeavors, in my immediate life. I let this friendship go with it. Yet I wove many Starseed and Spiritual Friends together with Al.

Yesterday I learned from my Friend Laura Tarnoff, of the sudden flight from this world of Al. We gathered to make art, and were morning and grieving so many friends and family facing illness, death, possible death, and so many lined up to soar freely from this world, now. Our Friend Issa Artoonist faced realities of the death of his Beloved Sister, as well as a surprising tragic murder in Paris of his friends and fellow freedom artists. What can I say... more and more lately, we face an unpredictable, rapidly changing world.

I send love and comfort to all facing so many rapid changes.

Al was a very spiritual, creative, warm hearted, imaginative, romantic, wise, and family loving friend, and self proclaimed Starseed, mystic, poet, singer, and gifted songwriter. He brought love to my heart and my life, without hesitation. We could all learn and source inspiration from his soul, life, art, and being. He sprinkled seeds of light and love into our world. He leaves behind a creative family of loved ones, a grown son in Japan, a young daughter, and a beautiful sister in Venezuela. You can enjoy his music on Soundcloud, and tune into the cosmos to hear and feel the songs of his love, light and soul. You can find his creative, mystical, and playful writings on poetry and starseed sites on line. He was one of the more creative, courageous, and playful human beings I ever had the chance to know, let alone get engaged to on the first date! I will smile when I visit Al's memories and Soul. Al was a gift.

Soar free Al. Have fun playing, dancing, singing, and flying on a quantum scale. Hug Dolores Cannon for me... or however that works when you've become balls of light! Thanks for sharing love, divinity, playfulness, and soulful creativity with me on the Earth Journey. You are a One of a Kind Original. You must be enjoying a truly grand adventure now. Stay in touch with us, through the stars and the clouds! In love, grace and gratitude. Enjoy your reunion with Mother Father God, Source, Creation, Light, Your Best Friends, Family, Angels, Guides, Starseed Sisters, Brothers, and Pals! You will have a spectacular time!

You will be missed, loved and cherished by many still playing out this grand adventure on Earth. Take your new colors, and enjoy being celebrated. Tell them of all the crazy shit that went down, at the end of 3-D and the crossroads into the New Earth. If you come back... we'll be playing a whole new glorious game down here. Thanks for helping to initiate it! As for how he left... I believe his heart expanded, becoming too big for this world... something like that. Others may clarify details. It's probably not the most important part of his life expression. Thank you!

Sweet Gifts and Opportunities

Laura Tarnoff & me Jen Klarfeld, this Summer at Tarnoff Art Center
The Summer is flying by swiftly, signifying an air of joy in my heart, despite the human highs and lows I see experienced by many around me, and that I occasionally feel within. I eagerly sought out love earlier this year, first bonding with a fellow Starseed in South America, and leaving go of that rushed union, a couple of full moons in. Later I test drove a more grounded love, with a recycled old lover and friend. We shared a lovely weekend together in May, in my beloved Santa Fe. It was all very sweet. Still about four months into mainly texting via facebook messages, it felt more like a sober business exchange, than what I know as a full fired love of the present moment. So I let these two counterbalances return back to their origins, the second, with friendship still intact.

I treated myself to a beautiful Tibetan Buddhism weekend retreat in Santa Fe, this Spring, led by a very light-hearted, and sweetly inspiring Teacher, Anam Thubten, Founder of Dharmata Foundation, out of Point Richmond, CA. The friends I met here, some familiar, and some new, were a delightful circle. The teachings and practice were very non-dogmatic, peaceful, replenishing and refreshing to me. There is even a lovely couple, who offer free talks, and Sangha, minutes from my home. www.dharmata.org

My dear friend Laura Tarnoff's Art Center is firmly taking root, with grants to reach and teach art to more children, in Pecos and Rowe, NM. I was invited to assist the teachers this Summer, and Laura and I even co-taught a day together, which was intense, wild, and fulfilling. Assisting to teach art to local kids, age 6 to 13, was challenging, and humbling too.  Many of the kids bare the burdens of the struggles of their parents, and the crazy challenges of life. Kids, I learned are not immune to the stresses of the adult world. Still we entered sacred space, and shared a lot of new learning, mastery, attention, intention, creativity, and learning together. It was demanding, and equally rewarding. I lived vicariously, learning new art secrets, and felt honored being there in service and support of these bright kids, local community, and of creativity itself. It was indeed a dream come true.  www.TarnoffArtCenter.org

Also the process of painting I was gifted to share weekly support in this Winter, came to fruition in a beautiful, delightful, surprising art show of artists, including me, called the Inspiration Squad, who gather and create at Tarnoff Art Center.

My Precious Dad celebrating his birthday with Family!

In the mix was a dear visit to my Dad & California Mom, and a small California Family Reunion, which warmed my heart, and celebrated my Beloved Dad, in a good way. Dad enjoyed a big birthday surrounded by Loving Family.  Dad and Mary also completed my Dad's fourth book "Mysteries of Alien Technologies," in time for Dad's 11th appearance on Coast to Coast AM Radio & his upcoming presentation and class at Contact in the Desert, this month.  http://www.adamthemissinglink.com/

The precious interview with Author Joel Ayala Ayapana will air sometime in September.

While some of Santa Fe was being pummeled by hail, earlier this year, Laura and I were given a special gift to participate in a new abstract art, weekend intensive, for free, as led by our friend James Koskinas, at his wife Julie Schumer and his Art Studio, performance and educational space: Parkway Artspace. A whole lot of transformation, freedom, inspiration, and renewal was fueled at the first expression of "Where the Pavement Ends." The spark which helped grow this intensive was an invitation and experience of James teaching kids, and me, this adult kid, at Tarnoff Art Center, last Winter.  Wow!  I am spilling over with gratitude for these gifts and treasures shared!

Summer continued with an adventurous road trip, as I answered the call to join my friend Laura Tarnoff and our mutual friends, old and new, for my first Sundance in this incarnation. Three daring girlfriends set out on a beautiful, scenic roadtrip, through Northern New Mexico, to the Navajo Nation, in Red Valley Arizona, in a big truck pulling behind a modern camper.

The Sundance was birthed and led by Howard Bad Hand, an old Friend of Laura's and her Parents, from South Dakota. I had met Howard a couple of times, at Santa Fe's own, Indian Market, and at Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs. In fact today is a special birthday for him, according to his bio on their website: http://www.highstarsuneagle.org/
I must say, I didn't fully get, or even appreciate Howard, until seeing his dear, service oriented being in action, and in dancing motion, at his very inspiring global event. He is the Intercessor of the High Star Sun Eagle International Sundance for Peace.

The Land of Enchantment, on the road to Sundance
My Ex-Beloved Kamajou introduced me to Laura Tarnoff, seven or so years ago, when they worked together at the local watering hole in my neighborhood, here in Santa Fe. I am an Artist, from Winnetka originally, raised in a Jewish Family outside of Chicago.  Similarly Laura is an Artist, raised in neighboring Northbrook, from a half Jewish, half Italian Family, outside of Chicago. Needless to say, we recognize each other as Souls, and through many lifetimes, and cultures we hold near and dear to our hearts. We are regular loud pilgrims to the sacred waters of Ojo Caliente, the Santa Fe International Folk Art Market, Indian Market, Afreeka Santa Fe's Fiesta Fela and now Sundance, and endless creative and art making endeavors.

When I first met Laura, we swapped business art cards, of which we each had a whole variety, like our own mythical tarot card decks, in the restaurant, down the street from my home. Laura invited me to tend the fire, at her vision quest, up in Rowe NM. I came up, slept on her Dad's couch, and tended a small fire, from 2:00 to 4:00 am, while Laura sat up all night long, in a sweatlodge structure outside, awaiting unique medicine visions and spirit visits. Tom, her husband, feared for his wife's possible demise, as a roving grizzly bear's feast. A woman shaman and cosmic hypnotherapist, stayed on alert, inside.  In the morning I was invited into my first sweatlodge of this incarnation, with Laura, her Dad, Sherwin, and Friends. It was very sacred. What a way to begin a friendship!

Laura took on such a commitment, after facing the death of her Mother, and after many years around the Sundance, Medicine Men, and Sundancers, including her Mother, when they lived in South Dakota. Laura wholeheartedly invited me to Sundance over seven plus years of friendship.  I felt intrigued, yet never enough to prioritize it. I have my sacred circles, that are pretty non-dogmatic, I thought. Laura has hers. "Maybe someday, when I am more retired, or have more money, then I will go," I told myself, year after year.

Howard Bad Hand Sundance Intercessor
This year a mutual friend agreed to join Laura, to attend and be a supporter at the Sundance. Without over-thinking it too much, one day I decided, this year I can do it, and so I will. The timing just felt right. There was no huge problem calling me to heal it, more over all, an openness of heart, and a bit of blockage to clear toward naming and taking my next life steps.

So join in, I did! We were really welcomed, and quickly too. I really did not know a lot about the whole thing.  I am steeped in shamanic tradition, in my community circles for about 25 years now, which certainly helped.

We awoke the first day around four something, and made it to the dance grounds to see the giant red sun arise in the East. Dancing began in the circle's center. There were prayer sticks erected in white, red, black, and yellow, denoting the circle, and an open gateway, at each direction. We sat in some folding chairs in the South, under a round arbor of a sheltering sort. Not too many people were there so early, beyond the dancers, and a few supporters.

I followed Laura's lead standing up and gently dancing to the beat of the drums, the men were beating, behind the whole ceremony. Women chimed in and sang chants at times too. There was a lot of beautiful formations and simple continuous dancing, and calling in the spirits of the various directions, and or honoring their presence.

I was singled out to receive the chanupa, the sacred Lakota pipe, of one of the dancers, after the beautiful dance came to a close, along side a small number of us. Friends old and new gathered round and guided me on the protocols. The women I came with gathered together, with some other supporters in attendance, and smoked the pipe to send the prayers more fully to Creation. Each time we engaged in new practices, new friends guided us on new ways and approaches. We were guided to say Mitakuye Oyasin, All my Relations, and to be sure the tobacco was completely smoked that all the prayers are sent. It felt very sweet and very honoring.  At times I though "L'chiam" the toast meaning "to life!" from my Jewish heritage, and from memories of my mother appearing in the community theater production of "Fiddler on the Roof!"

Something about how the dancers felt of the spirit worlds, and we helped serve them from the material world, felt very reassuring, reminding how unseens and seens are always working side by side, hand in hand.  It all felt surprisingly ego-less. I felt very guided, encouraged, seen, honored, and well useful. It was very dear. My modern mind questioned some of the details. The dancers do not drink water, and dance out in the hot sun, and we were told not to wear sunglasses, jewelry, or to drink water in front of the dancers ever. As time went on, it was what it was, yet at first, my mind wrestled with the whole concept of self deprivation. I kept comparing it to my transformation practice. It would never serve for me to deny a client of a glass of water. Why here? Later it all fit into a larger context where it made sense.

The second day we were there, was a very full day, to say the least. There were piercings both days, of men's chests and women's upper arms with eagle bones, and I had not bothered to fully read, ask, or learn why it all even takes place. Laura had described bits and pieces to me over the years.  A tree is cut down, and transplanted. No one is praying to the tree in and of itself, yet there is a larger energy that is generated through the tree, like a torodial field. See the movie "Thrive!" http://www.thrivemovement.com/the_movie  Later I felt it was also like a small world, or sphere  around the whole circle, or perhaps several, within each other. At times it felt like the enhanced energy of the Sundance encompassed the whole Earth!

Our first afternoon included the piercing, and I was definitely reacting in some slight shock and horror, even if a low grade, from my modern American ego. At times I felt like a kid, judging "this is hard, I don't like this," people are suffering, and my trainings teach me that sacrifice in exchange for healing is outdated, and of a lower plane, than I am trained to work from. Had to keep reminding myself, I am not here to be pierced, and each dancer is choosing willingly to participate, piercing or no piercing! The empath in me was a bit outraged, and believed I was taking on some of the pain. Later I realized that there is a huge ego trip underneath the modern new age empath trip, and it kind of lost its hold on me. What ever feelings I felt in response to the ceremony, were meant to be, and also mine, and they certainly transformed, as the Sundance continued!

We were quite wiped out at the days end, and woke up with slightly less enthusiasm for seeing the big red new sun, the following morning.

There were difficult moments throughout the first two days, for me. My Western questioning mind, still rattled on, on and off. Our Friends were to get married, under the tree, the second day. Also the previous night, Laura's Friend and I requested healings and learned the protocol. We sat at the dinner table with the Chief, so to speak of the whole creation. He treated us warmly, with no ego at all. It was very refreshing. Our friend got her nerve up to ask him about a healing for us. We ended up gifting tobacco, and a very reasonable donation to Howard, and we were pleasantly instructed and provided with all the tools and a simple lesson, on how to create a prayer flay and 16 prayer ties each, out of grass green colored cotton fabric and tobacco. It was relaxing and freeing to have this earthy  receptacle for our direct prayers, without having to really burden another human ego, with the gory details. We were also counseled on how to keep our prayers very loose and free, and intention centered, not really controlling the outcome, or details too much!

So we got our prayers in order, and felt a bit giddy, and goofy, sharing cookies and giggles before bed. Our friend the groom, came over to our neighboring camper, and shared some very very deep wisdom, guidance, truth and inspiration with us.  We shared many laughs. We joked that this was his bachelor party, yet the stripping was on a soul level, more than anything!

Was it that night, after our bachelor party, when I walked to the enclosed showers with Laura? They turned out to be ice cold, yet I was already invested! Laura went back to wait for a hot shower in the camper. I decided to call it an African shower, and just go with it, and did! On my way out, in the dark, a small to medium sized snake appeared ahead and to my right, startling me with waves of very high energy. I had my phone, in the dark, yet it was turned off. The mystery remains... rattler or no rattler.  Grateful I never found out. Lights from the open dining structure flooded out enough to reveal the third snake I have encountered live, and close up, this season. I turned around and waited a short eternity for the grace of my cell phone flash light to reboot with my phone.  I raced back to the camper, as Laura scolded me about letting bugs in.  All I could say was "wild animal!"

Snake medicine. Everyone I asked spoke of transformation. My business is called Trailblazing Transformation, I said. "Yes, yet this is for you!" they reminded. Later, upon return, I told my Earth Angel bosses, who import art of the Huichol People of Mexico. Mary said snake is the most powerful feminine symbol of all to the Huichol. I did feel a very high and energized sensation, after my safe, still close snake medicine encounter. I am, after all born in the Chinese year of the wood snake!

The second day was super full. Laura and I shared some misunderstandings and vented at each other, in ways we are not used to. We were both a bit worn down, and raw, even though we were not dancing formally, only supporting. I missed a breakfast, and was very outside of time, before the dinner, the first day, actually all days! An inner tenderness seemed to come out, and clash, or even simply just lash out, or express some extra needs, that we usually need not bother to attend to.

The next day we again missed the full sunrise, yet still arrived early. I stood, and sat at the edge, and on a log, nursing my cup of green pomegranate tea, extra long.  This day grew to contain a lot! We shared and danced in the morning, and our friend, the bride to be arrived, looking radiant, and wearing actual jewelry. We got to participate in a giant healing, where the 50 to 60 Sundancers circled round, in front of us, from their side of the circle, and patted us with their powers, their bird wings and feathers. This was really astounding. What a original treat.

Perhaps even before this was the wedding of our friends in the circle. We were led through cleansing with steam, and allowed into the circle, with the dancers. Before this, a very special gift transpired. A woman came, a Navajo lady who had received a deep and powerful healing last year. She brought a bag full of beautiful jewelry. She asked if we were dancers last year. We got to witness her powerful gratitude, and story of healing. I instinctively asked some dancers, and found two women who where the Sundancers last year. They each remembered her well. As the stories and feelings were shared back and forth, I was moved to tears by the power all of it, and the privilege to merely witness.

Finally the wedding time came, and we joined the Dancers in the circle. It was very sacred, very special, very divine, and very beautiful. After the very simple, down to earth ceremony and uniting, sharing and kissing, the bride and groom were wrapped in a quilted, hand made star blanket, and they were sent to circle around the whole circle. We all followed. Only later did we learn, the bride, was so in the moment, she did not even realize we all followed in their trail.

That day we were asked to support the groom, the bride and friends, as he was pierced, in a way that honored their union. We agreed. From inside the circle, somehow, we were more energized by the heart and core of the egoless, spirit centered group in the circle. So, for reasons beyond my full understanding, I must say that it was a pure joy. Four of us stood behind the groom, and stayed our centers while he and others were pierced in the center, by the tree. It was very energizing and dear. My thoughts, fears and reactions were not present, this day, at least not at this time.

After a brief break, we were, all four women and supporters, invited to stand, as guardians to the four gateways of the four directions, with me in the South, Laura in the West, the bride in the North, and our mutual friend in the East, the place of new beginnings.
This was a treat and a gift too. We were coached, and steam purified, and guided to our posts, out at the circle's edge. We were suited with shoulder sacs of cedar, and a hot canister, on a wire, holding a heated rock to burn the cedar. All day each one swung their cans at the gateways.  I was coached to twist the can instead of swing, which was unique. I did a bit of both. Laura got to help hold the smudge can to purify the dancers, in the West.

Now the order of it all, gets a little blurry. Yet after the wedding, sometime that afternoon, we were called in for our healings, by the tree. It was me, our friend, and a few others. Yet it all played out like one big healing concert, we all co-starred in. It seems this was after all the light fun stuff, after the wedding, the group healing, and the piercing, sometime. After the four direction stewarding.

The healing for me, seemed gentle, and intense all in one. Our friend the groom, came and yet it felt like Creator talking through him to me. It felt very private, and it was not ego centered, like Western therapy, or doctoring. It was different. There was some guidance about letting my identifications go. I recall being asked if I was complete, so to speak, if I had left all I had to leave with the tree? It felt like I had not, as a huge well of sadness rose up. I had this healers conditioning, or good kid programing to not fully address it, so instead of telling the truth of, "no there is more," I acted good, and complete, and left. Yet the truth was otherwise. So I walked out of the circle still kind of unfinished.

I sat outside that afternoon, feeling so spent, and for a few untold hours, tears poured out of my eyes and my being, with no end. Laura and I shared some words about what the source of this grief was. In the end it did not matter. It felt both attached to pain and sadness from my whole, and early life, perhaps from my adoption and womb time. Yet Sundance is not Western therapy, so the concern is not really on the why, how or what, the concern is on the releasing, and leaving behind what is not truly you! So I kept running like a faucet, mostly not attaching the grief to any specific time, memory, person, scapegoat, or thing! Yet I merely allowed it to flow out. I was a human tear machine, a giant raincloud personified. I felt physical pain bottled up inside, burtsing forth, and longed for an aspirin, for the first time in many many years! Yet in the morning, it had all passed, cleared, free! Any fear around it was cleared out with the pure grief! Refreshingly gone!

There was a whole day after this, yet it all blends somewhat into one now. The third day included a giant rainstorm, where we got drenched and cleansed! There was a kind of wedding like receiving line at the end, after the rain, and both protection, clearing, and cleansing from the rain. One of the Women Dancers stopped and gazed into my eyes and soul, holding up the whole line, indefinitely. I was again moved to tears. A few more of the dancers, shared some kind of holy recognition with me. One we recognized as having such uniquely amazing energies and powers kissed me, as I did her, and honored that we would remain in touch.  And this theme went on, some.  It was really something.

I spanned the gamut, from being the outsider, being reluctant to participate, to accepting the invitation, to joining in, and over analyzing, and questioning, to accepting guidance, feeling honored, learning and teaching the sacred steps and details, to full participation, gratitude, honor, blessing, appreciation, awe, inclusion, and surrender.

We bonded with more amazing new and familiar souls!  A friend from one of my dear soul family circles joined us, after I had thought "Gordon would love this!"  He certainly did.

Three of the Women Sundancers looked like soul doubles for three of the Soul Sisters in our friend Lynda Star's Starseed Family Circle. This blew my mind, and I shared this with one of them. I was heartened by the dancers who exuded joy, thoughout, and while it was not an ego centered circle, the way some, male and female, maintained their own high heart and overflowed with bliss, and their own uniqueness through the uniform dance and protocol, made my heart bloom inside!

I made connections with some, yet not all of the sacred people I did not want to leave behind. We were informed that they were to pull down and chop the tree up, so we went back to the center and watched the dismemberment. I could feel that the energies were of total wholeness and balance now, so the tree's service was complete. The bride and groom collected small hand sized, round slices of the tree, one for each of us to take with us. Yet it is really us who take and leave what we need, while the tree pieces no longer seemed to be quite so significant.

And so it is here, on Howard Bad Hand's birthday, that I come to find myself, freshly cleaned out, revived, renewed, and with a new heightened sense of unity, service, connection, peace, prosperity, joy, grounding, clarity and love, flowing from inside of who I am, and we are.

The message from the whole, from through the tree, and the ceremony, and the richness of it all, was that of being as a hollow reed, as a hollow bone, as what shamanism has all along always been about. That energy field that was co-generated, co-created, co-birthed, co-originated, is the energy field we are, every one of us made from. The gift of Spirits and Angels, Medicine Powers and Medicine Animals and Plants, is the gift of being and resonating our true vibration, listening, witnessing, watching, giving, helping, and receiving.  The gift is that we are here sharing this sacred music, this sacred dance, this sacred awakening, healing, and creation!  For inclusion in this, I am so grateful!

This year I have been bouncing back and forth between pressuring myself from the inside out for who I expect myself to be for others, and  releasing myself back to the freedom of being who I am for me.  I am grateful!
