Gratefully many people find me through the fame of Dolores Cannon, and her world renown, trailblazing process QHHT, as well as through her revolutionary books, on-line lectures and empowering presence.  

Some book a session for self or loved ones, with a very high tower of expectations.  There is a great difference between clear intentions, which I highly recommend, and the out of balance pressure of high expectation.

I am truly blessed and grateful, as it is an awe fulfilling experience to hold space, facilitate, and bare witness to the awesome and infinite powers we each hold within us to choose, design, empower and transform our bodies, outlooks, realities and even our world.  Most of us were not fully trained, within the conventional and ordinary systems of our modern world, to access our full range of true Self, guidance, healing, wholeness, power, potential, purpose and wholeness.  

Let me be perfectly clear about this important area for your review, consideration and acceptance.

Dolores Cannon's QHHT, Vianna Stibal's ThetaHealing, and Dr. Brian Weiss' Past Life Regression techniques and facilitators have assisted in the Self Healing of thousands, if not millions of willing and faith based individuals, as have all varieties of prayer and healing modalities, throughout time and pre-history, on Planet Earth.

QHHT and Healing

Once the Subconscious (SC) has been contacted during a QHHT session, the QHHT Practitioner asks it to identify and explain the cause behind any problem, and then asks the SC if it is permissible and possible to heal the condition. If the SC agrees, healing is immediate, without discomfort, medication or surgery. 

In many cases, once the SC reveals the source of the ailment or psychological problem, a release occurs in the subject’s body and mind, and the patient is freed form their condition. Many of Dolores Cannon’s thousands of clients and subjects were healed in this seemingly miraculous manner and wrote to her to over the years to thank her. That is why she began teaching QHHT in 2002, to share it with others so that they could continue the practice and in turn help as many people as possible. In 2013, her Level 1 QHHT Class became available online to learn anywhere and at any time. 

In all cases, before healing can occur, an individual must want to be cured.

The healing also cannot interfere with the lessons of their present life or the contracts they made before incarnating. Our souls are eternal and we come to Earth to grow and learn lessons through individual experiences. An example of a conflict in healing could be the Subconscious not agreeing to restore the sight of a blind person, if that was one of the lessons they agreed to learn before incarnating in their present life. The Subconscious also adheres to a literal approach regarding healing. If a subject is experiencing a condition that is the result of abuse or lack of care for their body, and the person has taken no action to correct this and has no desire to change, the Subconscious is aware. Its logic will dictate that there is no point in healing the condition if the subject is just going to resume abusing the body once it is healed.

In truth I cannot even guarantee this for myself 100% of the time.

I want all my prospective clients to know that I, Jen Klarfeld, have experienced a full spectrum in my own QHHT, past life regression, ThetaHealing and other sessions as a client.  I have received deep immediate and wonderful guidance and healing, with vivid, and expressive past life, and other dimensional scenes opening within my third eye.

I have experienced profound healing through creative expression, as well as QHHT and related healing and creative modalities.  I have been blessed to experience true healing on physical, mental, and emotional levels.

It has also been my experience, that I have, on occasion, over-pressured myself with super high expectations, wanting a one day, or one half day session, with a fellow practitioner to root out, transform, and clear countless lifetimes and seasons of emotional pain, abandonment, suffering, misunderstanding, confusion, loss, lack, grief, rage, and fear.  I have at times sabotaged my own rabid desire for instantaneous illuminating healing!

Dolores Cannon created a marvelous method but no, not every person magically healed after having a session with her. Results are completely individual. I have seen astounding, even miraculous things happen in sessions or over time. I have seen improvement, sometimes significant, sometimes marginal. And I have seen little change as well.

So again, the QHHT experience requires many things.  From my experience the client must bring a combination of faith, trust, confidence, vision, wholeness, empowerment, intention, authority, maturity, responsibility, and stability.  

Everyone is not ready to leap in and access all the bells and whistles within.

Often, when not rushed, I can properly assess, some of where the prospective client is at within their life experience and outlook, through an informational overview by phone.  On rare occasions, I will honestly refer someone out, recommend psychotherapy, or a more solid option of support in the present moment.

Some factors which can seriously sabotage a successful QHHT session include drug or alcohol addiction, financial dependence on an external adult figure, government, or support system for survival, homelessness, depression, severe untreated bi-polar disorder, unwillingness in self responsibility or care, suicidal ideation, isolation, trouble with the law, and or major, unsupported change.

What QHHT is NOT:

QHHT is not a magic bullet.

QHHT is not guaranteed, from outside of you.

QHHT is not a substitute for ongoing needed therapy.

QHHT is not a substitute for a drug treatment program.

QHHT is not appropriate on it's own, as a quick fix for serious suicidal ideation.

QHHT will not suddenly cure major, trauma induced, dissociation from one's self.

QHHT may not break you from a "lives-long" habit of Victimhood Identification, at least, likely not in the first ever session.

QHHT may be counter indicated if denial, non-selfhood, defeat, and irresponsibility, hold you stuck in perpetual child mode.

QHHT is not the Lottery.  It will not guarantee you walk out the door and materialize your Twin Soul Flame, a steady income, a ravishing new wardrobe, a brilliant new job, mental health and stability, self confidence, a restored new will to live, a whole new sleek sexy body, an effortless prime time talk show, new limbs, or astounding positivity, independence and responsibility, where previously there was none.

QHHT is not an instant cure for Schizophrenia.

QHHT is not guaranteed to clear all your limiting beliefs in one session.

QHHT may not cure all of your codependency issues in one pop.

QHHT will not cure you permanently of the human experience.

QHHT will not make you suddenly immuned to human feelings.

QHHT will not open your heart to full feeling flowering, without your human participation and help.

QHHT will not in and of itself, save you from yourself.

QHHT will not complete your schoolwork, finish your household chores, polish your silver, or pay your mortgage.

QHHT will not restore your integrity, or spruce up your reputation.

QHHT cannot promise to alleviate your fear of Armageddon, GMO's, meat products, leather, or chemtrails.

QHHT may not make your parents or mate suddenly see, adore and love you.

QHHT will not make you employers give you a raise.

QHHT will not polish your shoes, and fold your clean linens.

QHHT is not free of charge, or valueless.

QHHT is not your QHHT's full responsibility.

The power of QHHT does not empower you from outside of you.

QHHT will not buy you great faith, without your cooperation.

QHHT is not more important or valuable than you, or your current life!

ThetaHealing

Thetahealing, in my experience is a highly accessible modality.  I love it for so many reasons.

First of all, I love that I find it so easy, practical, direct and supportive to assist me in securing radical life changes from within, for myself.

I love that it is easy to learn, practice, facilitate and share.  

ThetaHealing is an amazing modality, spiritual toolkit, support, first aid kit, blessing and gift for the Human Soul.

I love that it has seemingly infinite applications and benefits.

My experience of ThetaHealing feels like an inner technology we all have, yet were trained out of, upon entering the veils of forgetting, in human form!

ThetaHealing involves less performance anxiety for most clients, than does trance, past life regression, or QHHT.

I appreciate how uniquely ThetaHealing pours through me and others, as if we are each conducting unique orchestras with it.  This is equally true of Healing, Healers, Teachers and Artists alike.

There is more flexibility to use Theta healing with almost all people's and populations.

It is easier to me, to introduce ThetaHealing successfully, to people struggling with Multiple Personality Disorder, Bi-Polar Disorder, Adoptees, Children of Parents with Borderline Personality Disorder, Clients with PTSD, Schizophrenics, People battling addiction issues, People facing grief, fear, allergies, disease, illness, healing, crossroads, fight flight or freeze responses, Soul loss, abuse history, co-dependence, fragmentation, rage, hyper-sensitivity, shame, abandonment, lack, loss, past life issues, dissociation, and more.

While it does not always seem appropriate to jump in and use trance, PLR or QHHT with simply anyone, I find that ThetaHealing is amazingly supportive and successful with most people, of most ages, backgrounds, cultures, and orientations.

Some people find their way to me, and know this modality is made for them, and with a healthy knowing, and some simple preparation, they experience great ease and grace throughout the whole process.

Some people discover Dolores Cannon, her lectures, and her 19 books, and on-line classes.  Her information comes as such a healing salve, they want all the rewards immediately.  For some these come easily.  For others there is no guarantee.  It may require some other warm up exercises, preparation, and foundation building first.

For some people the pressure from within is too high, and the timing is not quite right, the first round.

For some people, other foundational life steps need to be sincerely considered and implemented, before planning a successful QHHT session.

If the cost of a session will impair your survival, or that of your home, pets, or family, please wait, until you are in a stronger, more Self supported situation, before booking a QHHT session for yourself.

If the cost of a session, as a gift to a loved one, will impair your survival, or that of your home, pets, or family, please wait, until you or they, are in a stronger, more Self supported situation, before booking a QHHT session for them.

For many, a ThetaHealing Session, or series of 1 to 3, or 1 to 6 sessions, could really prove to be the most supportive and empowering combination, before taking the big leap to QHHT.

In some instances, one might even wish to build up to a Dolores Cannon QHHT session, with a series of ThetaHealing Sessions, then a Brian Weiss Past Life Regression or two, and then culminating in a Dolores Cannon QHHT Session or two.  After all, Rome was not build in one day.

For some who rush into QHHT, and feel there is still more to gain, future QHHT sessions can be wonderful.

Hello Lovely Light Family.  As always, I am sharing this blog post a bit out of step... and seriously bending time.  

Why am I so late in paying tribute to Dolores Cannon, on my blog? Well, I guess I've been harboring some denial. Some deep aspect of me was likely waiting for her to resurface and say, "Sure had you fooled!"  Apparently this is happening through her infinite presence in sessions and lives of her Practitioners, Volunteers, Family and Friends!... quite immediately after her passing. Actually I will share one short sweet Dolores Encounter I had.  I had gifted myself this very beautiful Josh Groban CD, upon which this Earth Angel of ours sings this heavenly song, "To Where You Are," that seems to bridge heaven on earth, in a way that implies following a dear loved one's passing.

I was so moved by the song, I sought out another copy of this glorious CD and sent it to Julia, Dolores Cannon's Daughter. Somewhere mixed in with all of this, I was driving through Northern New Mexico thinking of Dolores. I popped the CD in the player, in my car, and as I listened to "To Where You Are," and thought of and felt Dolores, I must have thought something out to her, and sent a burst of love and gratitude out to her.

Well driving down the road, I saw this very bright very large golden meteorite, comet, or shooting star. It's timing was immediate, playful, loving, and impeccable.  It was Dolores, riding along with me, and bursting through the Cosmos.  I cried some tears of joy, and celebrated the magic and absence of distance between Dolores, love, me and you!

It has been just short of a week since I learned the sad... triumphant news that our Beloved Teacher, Wayshower, Pioneer, Publishing Trailblazer, and Teacher of the New Quantum Healing Hypnosis toolkits of the New Earth, Author and Keeper and Sharer of Lost Knowledge, Mind Bender Dolores Cannon graduated from the Earth School Class of 2014. I broke down and cried like a baby at the news. Dolores was and is, after all a sort of Spiritual God(dess)-Mother to a giant family of Trailblazers, Light Stewards, and Volunteers, as she made famous in her free youtube lectures, Coast to Coast interviews, her 17 books including "The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth," as well of course as her main contributions of pioneering through her Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, STarseed Regression and creation and training in her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy.

I was one of the daring guided ones who was blessed to have had high curiosity and knowing about my origins from the stars. I moved to Santa Fe NM, 15 years ago, met a Crystal Artist Lynda Star Thompson and joined her Alien/ Starseed Movie Night, at ANGEL Station 222, before it was official. I met Patrick Singleton, my open minded teacher at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America, and discovered he was reading The Convoluted Universe Series By Dolores Cannon.

Somewhere in all of this, we must have watched Dolores' mind blowing lectures from UFO Conferences, and I kept seeing this book with a big eyed alien on it, at Lynda Star's. One day I got on Amazon.com and ordered a huge bunch of Dolores Cannon books, both for me, and as cosmic gifts for Lynda, our Star Hostess. We got to reading the Convoluted Universe Series, and when I facilitated past life regressions, my Star Family Sisters and Brothers shot off planet, to the most empowering, uplifting, obviously real, larger life expressions. That was all the invitation I needed. I took money that I had borrowed to repair my house and replace my roof, and flew off to Asheville, NC to train with Dolores Cannon and her Daughter Julia Cannon.

My life, and the lives around me have never really been the same since. I have seen Dolores lecture on the truths she has uncovered about the Three Waves of Volunteers, and how we came to assist in the birthing of the New Earth, as people break down and cry, realizing for the first time in 50 to 60 years, that they are not alone, not crazy, and that there are thousands, if not millions of brothers and sisters on the planet struggling with the same sensitivities, challenges, and desires to rush back home. 

I heard Dolores explain, on her Coast to Coast interview with George Noory, why the first and second wave volunteers felt suicidal, as we exposed our pure hearts to the lower emotions of the humans in our families, churches, schools, and jobs, being showered with jealousy, rage, blind rage, fear, depression, and mental illness of a level that many of us did not bring in. She explained how discovering our purpose could help shift a Volunteer from suicidal, helpless, and hopeless to joyful, thriving, and divine!

Dolores was the most interesting mix to me, of about as regular, down home, someone's granny, as they come, and at the same time she knew more of the secrets to the Multiverse than really anyone I have ever encountered. She was so human, and so divine, so willful, and so wise, and so direct and funny. She knew that we are designed to live thousands of years, and to live in perfect health and harmony. Her daughter taught us to ask, "Just because the news says it is happening, is it happening to me now?"

My friend Sherwin S. Tarnoff told me, last weekend, after Dolores' passing, "you know we only get about 4 seconds to make a life out of, on this Earth." Dolores uplifted more people in her 4 seconds than anyone else I know and love, or have even heard of. I am so grateful I allowed my Self to listen to, hear, register, and follow the beautiful, purposeful guidance that led me to Dolores Cannon, and to train, in her Beginning and Advanced levels of DCQHH. No other training I have ever taken has fulfilled so many including me, through my gift to facilitate it.

Now some of my fellow DCQHH - Dolores Cannon Quantum Healing Hypnosis Professionals have already been having glorious experiences, seeing Dolores in an eternally youthful state, hearing guidance and insights from the limitless realms and more. This is both amazing and quite ordinary, as Dolores is and was.

So a lot of words to say I am so filled with gratitude, appreciation, love, admiration, and inspiration for Dolores Cannon and her Daughter Julia Cannon, and our larger family, who may or may not yet know who they/we are. 

Splendid sailing Dolores, as you ride the leading waves into the most exciting and beautiful adventures. We love you as you are, were, and continue to be. Thank you for the giant wake up call to remember we are God, and how our purpose can be known and lived, and our lives joyful and profound as we uncover of our SOURCE Self!

And forever thanks for making your 4 seconds count and last, and transform humanity, Gaia and all of life in this and all Universes! Dolores Cannon: A Brilliant Light Shines On

Veteran investigator and researcher of lost civilizations, hidden knowledge, extraterrestrials, other dimensions, the life of Jesus, as well as the origins of creation itself; all this and more can be said of our beloved Dolores. If any one word could describe Dolores, it would be curious!

Dolores was a devoted wife to her late husband Johnny Cannon, a career Navy officer, and a loving mother to their four children Gloria, Julia, Nancy and Tommy. She wrote 17 books, with 2 yet to be published. Dolores lectured around the world and taught her unique method of hypnosis called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT) to eager students on every continent and now online. Her legacy as a pioneer of past life regression and as a truth seeker is assured.    

When Dolores first stumbled upon the reality of reincarnation with her husband Johnny in 1968, she had no way of knowing their astounding discoveries were only the beginning of what would become a lifelong cause and career. To those who know Dolores's work and joined in her journey, it may seem as if this all easily fell into place for her. What many may not know is Dolores was tested many times.

Just after she and Johnny completed their first experiments in past life regression while stationed at a military base in Texas, he was involved in a horrific automobile accident, nearly losing his life more than once. Johnny became permanently disabled. But Dolores kept the faith, all the while enduring the judgment of some around them for delving into sacrilegious subjects, better left unexplored.

Johnny retired from the Navy and the family relocated to Arkansas. Years later, after their children were grown, Dolores picked up her paranormal investigations where she and Johnny had left off. Johnny had become depressed by his disability and now wanted no part of it. But he later came to realize the tremendous contribution she would make.

Ever courageous and tenacious, Dolores decided to go it alone. But in the religious atmosphere of her rural community, support was hard to find. A small support group formed for locals interested in metaphysics, where information was exchanged and stories were shared.

It was here that Dolores found her first subjects and began her fascinating journey of exploration. Working with subjects or vehicles as they were also called, who were young and old and came from different backgrounds and had all sorts of religious beliefs, Dolores soon realized that she had to expect the unexpected. Any subject could be transported anywhere during a session. But the subjects themselves were unpredictable and not always available. Such was the case with a vehicle named Elena.

After Dolores astonishingly began communicating with Nostradamus himself through one of his students, a former incarnation of Elena, she decided to pack up and move to be with her husband who had work in the oil fields of Alaska. Undaunted, Dolores sought out new subjects to continue the collaboration, and eventually found enough vehicles to help her complete the task of translating all of his prophesies.

Trying to find a publisher for her books dealing with reincarnation, Nostradamus, extraterrestrial contact, among other radical concepts, during a time when metaphysics was ridiculed, was an enormously difficult undertaking. Dolores's initial efforts to get published were met with rejection, but against all the odds, she never gave up.

Eventually, by harnessing her entrepreneurial drive, Dolores founded Ozark Mountain Publishing, which today is an expanding outlet for all types of metaphysical books written by a diverse, handpicked group of talented authors. This eventually led to the creation of the Ozark Mountain Transformation Conference as a venue for the authors to promote their books. When the highly respected Ufologist Lucius Parish passed away a few years ago, Dolores took the reigns of the Ozark Mountain UFO Conference to ensure that it continues to be the premiere gathering place for UFO experts in the U.S., as it has been for nearly 30 years.

All of these incredible accomplishments should be celebrated when remembering Dolores, but most impressive of all was her innate understanding that the most important thing she could do was to find and share information. To reveal hidden or undiscovered knowledge vital to the enlightenment of humanity and our lessons here on Earth. Sharing information and knowledge is what mattered to Dolores. That is why her books, lectures and classes continue to amaze, guide and inform so many people around the world.

Imagine what it was like to be in the room with her subjects, everyday people from all walks of life, who regressed by Dolores were living their lives in the now - during a past life on Earth in 1923 or 300,000 years ago - and every time in between. Perhaps her subjects had incarnated on an alien world, or had never even inhabited a physical body before. We can imagine what it was like because Dolores's pure intent of knowing encouraged her subjects and readers alike to use their imaginations.    

Dolores explored all these possibilities and more while taking us along for the ride of our lives. She wanted fellow travelers to share her journeys into the unknown. Ever the intrepid investigator, Dolores explained the unorthodox approaches that were necessary to her work.

Through trial and error and the most difficult yet oftentimes magical situations, we can imagine sitting next to Dolores in her chair as her subjects travel to any possible place in any possible universe, dimension or point in time. As each astonishing and wondrous experience unfolded, Dolores recorded and commented on it, asking us to observe, marvel and theorize along with her.

Dolores never claimed to have all the answers. What she did claim and completely embrace was her insatiable curiosity. To discover anything she could about every enticing possibility.

Dolores paved the way for many souls who continue to follow the trail she blazed with determination and grace. Hers was the noblest cause: to find truth in whomever and wherever it might be. She sought out knowledge for the good of all. And she sought it in a way that is inspiring to us all.

By overcoming all the obstacles she had to face, to lead us on so many exciting and unexpected journeys, perhaps the most valuable lesson we can take away from all that she gave us is to never give up, no matter how hard the road.

Imagine if Dolores had given up when faced with adversity. The world would be a darker place than it is today.
